Medical Insurance

We will not longer be submitting insurance claims.

We are OUT OF NETWORK with ALL insurance companies

All office visits will need to be paid either at the time of service or via an invoice through our online payment system. The information to submit claims will be on your receipt. You can check with your insurance company how to submit the information to them for reimbursement as out-of-network.

Any payments your insurance makes will come directly to you.

Laboratory Charges

Please note that if you have your blood drawn in-house for labs and choose to have it processed through your insurance company, there will be a separate bill sent to you by the lab company once the claim is processed. Most lab fees go towards deductible these days.  You are responsible for finding out your benefits. 

We do offer a lower cost self-pay lab that will not be run through insurance as an alternative option. Please let Dr. Peterson know at the time of your appointment if this is your choice.
